Eligibility
You don't need a fancy résumé — you need real comfort with a multimeter, a clamp meter and an inverter display. If you've worked on solar sites for at least a year and enjoy travelling within your district, we'd like to hear from you.
Graduate (Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc) in Electrical, Electronics or related stream
Minimum 1+ year hands-on experience with solar PV systems, inverters and batteries
Working knowledge of preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis and basic electrical safety
Comfortable with site visits, two-wheeler & smartphone for digital PM reporting
Salary is not fixed — it's decided after a conversation, based on your skills, knowledge and hands-on experience in solar O&M
Responsibilities
Each Field Engineer owns a cluster of sites and is the first line of response for any technical issue raised by the client or the central PM tracker.
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance at bank branches and client sites in the assigned region.
Diagnose and resolve issues across solar panels, inverters, batteries, charge controllers and DG sets.
Update visit reports, photos and readings on the company's Digital PM Tracker after every site.
Coordinate with the Lucknow operations desk for spares, escalations and customer communication.
Maintain safe working practices and uphold Sahastrakiran Energy's quality standards on every site.
